Dr. Sameshima co-created the Parallaxic Praxis in order to generate ideas to further research inquiries. “Integrating the arts in research methodology affords scholars new lenses for viewing, analyzing, representing, and disseminating research.”(Sameshima, 2007)
In the book Parallaxic Praxis: Multimodal Interdisciplinary Pedagogical Research Design, by Dr. Pauline Sameshima, Patricia Maarhuis and Sean Wiebe, the authors create a clear understanding of the method to be used widely in research.
